等离子喷涂铝硅聚苯酯与镍铬硼硅涂层的性能 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高连铸结晶器铜板的耐磨性能和铸坯质量,自制了3种不同铝硅聚苯酯含量的镍铬硼硅粉末,采用等离子喷涂技术在Cr-Zr-Cu系铜合金表面制备涂层。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和拉伸试验机等设备对涂层进行表征与分析,采用Image J图形软件计算涂层的孔隙率,选用球-盘式摩擦磨损试验机研究常温下复合涂层的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:制备的复合涂层与Cr-Zr-Cu系铜合金基体结合性能良好;随着聚苯酯相增多,涂层孔隙率相应增大,导热系数减小,摩擦系数降低。 In order to improve the wear resistance of the continuous casting mold and improve the quality of the casting billet,three kinds of nickel-chromium-borosilicate-silica powders added by different contents of polyphenyl ester Al-Si were fabricated,and the plasma spraying technology was used to prepare coating on copper plates( Cr-Zr-Cu). The as-prepared coating was characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope( SEM) and tensile tester. The porosity of the coating was calculated by Image J software,and the friction of the composite coating at room temperature was evaluated by ball-disk friction wear tester. Results showed that the as-prepared composite coating had a good combination with the Cr-Zr-Cu substrate. With the increase of polyphenyl ester Al-Si phase,the porosity of the coating increased accordingly,and the thermal conductivity of the composite coating decreased,as well as the friction coefficient of the coating reduced.
