表面活性剂对电沉积Ni-P-Al_2O_3镀层性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Surfactant on Properties of Electrodeposited Ni-P-Al_2O_3 Coatings

摘要 为了改善Ni-P-Al_2O_3镀液的稳定性,提高Ni-P-Al_2O_3复合镀层的性能,在Ni-P-Al_2O_3电镀液中添加表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、三乙醇胺(TEOA),研究其对镀液稳定性及镀层性能的影响。通过微电泳仪测试了镀液的Zeta电位,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、数显显微硬度仪及电化学工作站对镀层的表面微观形貌、显微硬度及耐腐蚀性进行了表征和分析。结果表明:表面活性剂种类对镀液稳定性及镀层的性能有重要影响;添加表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)时,Ni-P-Al_2O_3镀液稳定性最好,镀层表面均匀,显微硬度最大(730.41 HV1 N),耐腐蚀性最好(腐蚀速率为0.227 57 mm/a)。 In order to improve the stability of Ni-P-Al2O3 plating solution and the performance of Ni-P-Al2O3 composite coating,the surfactants such as sodium dodecyl sulfate( SDS),cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide( CTAB),sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate( SDBS) and triethanolamine( TEOA) were added into Ni-P-Al2O3 plating solution. Subsequently,the influences of surfactants on the plating solution and the performance of the composite coating were studied. The micro electrophoresis apparatus was employed to test the Zeta potential of plating solution,and the surface microstructure,micrhardness and corrosion resistance of coating were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope( SEM),digital display microhardness instrument and electrochemical workstation. Results showed that the type of active agent had important influence on the stability of plating solution and performance of the coating. When adding sodium dodecyl sulfate( SDS) as the surfactant,the Ni-P-Al2O3 plating solution possessed the optimal stability,and the prepared coating had uniform surface,the highest surface microhardness( up to 730.41 HV1 N) and the best corrosion resistance( corrosion rate was 0.227 57 mm/a).
