摘要
针对王家湾区块王175采油井存在的抽油杆和油套管腐蚀问题,应用响应面法优化了改性咪唑啉磷酸盐缓蚀剂Inh-IGQ配方,应用静态挂片失重法、绝迹稀释法和电化学法评价了其缓蚀性能、杀菌性能和电化学机理。结果表明:由响应面法确定的Inh-IGQ最佳复配比例ρIMP∶ρGLU∶ρQAF=95. 10 mg/L∶49. 63 mg/L∶22. 86mg/L,预测的均匀腐蚀速率达到0.042 2 mm/a,实际测量的3组按最佳复配比例配制的Inh-IGQ R值与预测值非常接近,说明利用响应面法得到的Inh-IGQ的最佳复配比例是准确可靠的; Inh-IGQ具有良好的缓蚀效果、杀SRB效果和耐温效果,是一种以抑制阴极为主的混合型缓蚀剂。
Aiming at the corrosion problems of sucker rod and tubing-casing in Wang-175 recovery well of Wangjiawan area,the corrosion inhibitor formulation of modified imidazoline phosphate was optimized by response surface method,and the corrosion inhibition,bactericidal performance and electrochemical mechanism of Inh-IGQ were evaluated by static hanging weightloss method,extinction dilution method and electrochemical method. Results showed that the optimal ratio of Inh-IGQ determined by the response surface method was ρIMP∶ ρGLU∶ ρQAF= 95.10 mg/L ∶ 49.63 mg/L ∶ 22.86 mg/L,and the expected average corrosion rate was 0.042 2 mm/a. The measured R values of the three groups of the Inh-IGQ were very close to the predicted values according to the best mixed ratio,which indicated that the optimum compound proportion of Inh-IGQ obtained by response surface method was accurate and reliable. Besides,Inh-IGQ was a mixed corrosion inhibitor that mainly inhibited cathodes,and had good corrosion inhibition effect,SRB killing effect and temperature resistance effect.
