摘要
多次深冷处理对高速钢性能的影响目前尚不确定。以SH51高速钢刀具为研究对象,研究了不同的深冷工艺对SH51高速钢刀具硬度、红硬性及耐磨性的影响。结果表明:经深冷处理后,SH51高速钢刀具的硬度和红硬性等性能有所提高;深冷温度对SH51刀具的耐磨性影响较大,深冷温度在-170℃左右时刀具性能最佳;多次短时间深冷处理对SH51车刀性能的提高效果好过单次长时间深冷处理的。
SH51 HSS( high speed steel) was selected as the research object and the influences of deep cryogenic treatment on the hardness,red hardness and wear resistance of SH51 HSS cutter were researched. Results showed that the performance such as hardness and red hardness was improved with deep cryogenic treatment. The cryogenic temperature had great influence on the wear resistance of SH51 cutter,and the temperature for the best performance was about-170 ℃. Besides,the performance of lathe tool was better using multiple and short-time deep cryogenic treatment than using single and long-time treatment.
