摘要
综述了近年来采用等离子喷涂技术在镁合金表面制备耐蚀、耐磨改性涂层的研究进展,主要包括等离子喷涂方法在镁合金表面制备金属涂层、陶瓷涂层、金属陶瓷复合材料涂层、金属/陶瓷梯度涂层及医用生物涂层方面的最新研究情况,并对镁合金等离子喷涂表面改性的发展方向进行了总结与展望。
In this paper,the recent research progress on plasma spraying technique for preparing anti-corrosion coating or modified anti-friction coating on magnesium alloy surface was reviewed. The main content involved the latest studies of plasma spraying technique that was used to prepare metallic coating,ceramic coating,composite coating of metal and ceramic,gradient coating of metal/ceramic and biomedical coating.Furthermore,the development orientation of plasma spraying surface modification of magnesium alloy was summarized and prospected.
