混凝土涂层保护效果的暴露试验及实体调研研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究涂层在实体工程和暴露试验中对混凝土结构保护效果的差别,结合湛江港涂层混凝土暴露试验,对湛江地区实体码头混凝土结构涂层服役过程中的老化情况、对氯离子的阻挡效果进行调研研究。结果表明:涂层在服役过程中会发生老化而产生失光、变色和粉化等,但在服役19 a后,涂层仍未失效;涂层在实体工程中可以有效阻挡氯离子渗入混凝土内部,但是实体工程中因施工和受外部荷载作用,涂层的抗氯离子渗透能力要低于暴露试验中涂层的抗氯离子渗透能力。 Combined with the exposure test of the coated concrete in Zhanjiang port,and the aging condition and chloride ion blocking effect of concrete coatings were surveyed in Zhanjiang area. Results showed that the coating could be aged in the service process,accompanying the loss of glossiness,discoloration and chalking. However,the coatings did not fail after service for 19 years. The coating effectively prevented the chloride ion penetration into the concrete interior in the field engineering. However,because of the construction and the external load,the protective effect of the coating was lower than that of the coating conducted by the exposure test.
