热处理对Q345B预埋槽道疲劳性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为改善以Q345B为基材的预埋槽道的疲劳性能,在不同热处理状态下,对预埋槽道进行疲劳试验。通过高、中、低3种回火温度下预埋槽道的疲劳性能对比,分析了热处理对预埋槽道疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:在不同热处理状态下,预埋槽道的疲劳性能表现出差异,其中高温回火工艺下,预埋槽道的疲劳性能有较为明显的改善。 In order to improve the fatigue property of embedded anchor channel with Q345 B as substrate,fatigue test was carried out on embedded anchor channel in different heat treatment conditions.The influence on fatigue property of embedded anchor channel was analyzed through comparison of fatigue property under high/medium/low tempering temperature.Result showed that fatigue property varied in different heat treatment conditions.In particular,the fatigue property was improved obviously under high-temperature tempering process.
