摘要
利用3组不同频率(625.0,714.3,909.1 kHz)的激光清洗和机械方法对超低碳贝氏体钢除锈,研究钢材经激光与机械除锈后力学性能的差异。通过拉伸试验、冲击试验和硬度试验,测定了除锈后钢材的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率、断面收缩率、冲击韧性和显微硬度,对比其力学性能的差异。结果表明:经频率为625.0 kHz的激光清洗后钢材的强度、塑性和冲击韧性比其他组的小,硬度比其他组的大,但差值较小,激光除锈与机械除锈后其力学性能无明显变化。
Three groups of different laser frequency cleaning parameters(625.0,714.3,909.1 k Hz)and mechanical methods were used to remove rust on ultra-low carbon bainitic steels,and the differences in mechanical properties after laser and mechanical derusting of steel materials were studied.Through tensile test,impact test and hardness test,the tensile strength,yield strength,elongation after fracture,reduction of area,impact toughness and microhardness of the steel after derusting were measured,and the differences in mechanical properties were compared.Results showed that the mechanical properties after the laser cleaning at 625.0 k Hz were smaller than those at the other parameters,but the differences were small.The mechanical properties after laser rust removal and mechanical rust removal did not change significantly.
