摘要
为了解决不锈钢氧化皮传统酸洗工艺中产生的酸雾问题,开发了一种环保型不锈钢氧化皮清洗剂,工艺流程简单,清洗时间缩短到5 min,无有害气体产生,具有渗透力强、稳定性好、剥离氧化皮快等特性。
In order to solve the problem of acid fog produced by the traditional pickling process for removing stainless steel oxide skin,this paper provided an environmental cleaning agent for stainless steel oxide skin.The technological process was facile,and the required cleaning time could be shortened to 5 min,which produced no harmful gas and possessed various characteristics such as strong permeability,good stability and easy-striping oxide skin.
