复合材料用自修复微胶囊的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着越来越多的聚合物和聚合物复合材料用作为安全关键应用部件,多功能、自修复材料的研究在材料科学领域已成为一个重要课题。自修复聚合物在操作期间修复出现的微缺陷,延长了服务时间,增强了服务可靠性。大量研究显示,自修复技术可应用于复合材料领域。根据自修复微胶囊修复机理的不同,综述了几种常见的微胶囊自修复体系,包括双组分、单组分微胶囊自修复体系,并指出了未来自修复复合材料的发展趋势。 Multi-functional,self-healing materials are nowadays an important project in material science as more and more polymer and polymer composite parts are used in safety-critical applications.Self-healing polymers can provide increased service time and reliability by the repair of the emerging micro-flaws during operation.Through the extensive research of domestic and foreign scholars,microcapsule self-healing technology could be applied to the field of composite materials.In this paper,several common microcapsule self-healing systems were described,including two-component and single component microcapsule self-repairing system.Furthermore,the development trend of composite self-repairing materials in the future was pointed out.
