一种发电机组热力系统腐蚀防护效果评价方法研究及应用 被引量:2

摘要 非溶解性胶态和颗粒状腐蚀产物铁氧化物是热力系统高沉积率和积盐率的主要来源。分析了发电机组热力系统铁腐蚀产物特征和不同运行工况下的溶解度,提出了一种测定非溶解性铁氧化物来评价热力系统金属腐蚀防护效果的方法,并在工程应用验证。该方法可用于机组运行期间对热力系统非溶解性铁氧化物含量进行连续监测,可真实、直观反映出热力系统腐蚀防护效果,据此优化调整加氧转化时间和给水处理方法,具有重要指导意义。 The characteristics of iron corrosion products and the solubility in different operating conditions in thermodynamic system of generator units were analyzed,and an evaluation method to estimate the effects of metal corrosion and protection in thermodynamic system through measuring insoluble iron oxides was proposed and further verified in engineering application.Results showed that this method could be used for continuous monitoring of insoluble iron oxide during the operating generator units,and presented truly and intuitively the effects of corrosion prevention in thermodynamic system.Based on this,oxygenation conversion time and water treatment method could be optimized and adjusted,processing a strong guiding significance.
