铝合金两酸无烟化学抛光添加剂的研制 被引量:1

摘要 为开发一款能满足市场需求的环保型化学抛光添加剂,以磷酸和硫酸为基础,加入硫酸镍、硫酸铜和金属盐F,氧化剂P,缓蚀剂钼酸钠和缓蚀剂A,研发了一种新型铝合金两酸光亮无黄烟化学抛光工艺,其工艺规范:H3PO4(85%)∶H2SO4(98%)=2∶1(质量比),10 g/L Al3+,复合添加剂[0.20 g/L硫酸铜,0.40 g/L硫酸镍,0.50g/L金属盐F(轻金属盐),5 g/L氧化剂P(氧化酸),0.5 g/L钼酸铵,0.3 g/L缓蚀剂A(含氮的有机缓蚀剂)]10~20g/L,温度105℃,时间60 s。该工艺抛光效果好,抛光表面达到镜面光亮,抛光光泽度可媲美三酸化抛效果、表面平整无腐蚀点,且生产过程中无黄烟,可实现自动化生产,适用于5052、5505、6063、6061等铝材无黄烟化学抛光。 Based on phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid,a new type of two-acid bright yellow smokeless chemical polishing process for aluminum alloy was developed by adding the brightener nickel sulfate,copper sulfate and metal salt F,oxidant P,corrosion inhibitor sodium molybdate and corrosion inhibitor A.The process specifications were as follows:H3PO4(85%)∶H2SO4(98%)=2∶1(mass ratio),10 g/L Al3+,composite additive 125 ADD 10-20 g/L,temperature 105℃,chemical polishing time 60 s.Results showed that this technique had good effect in polishing,whick had a brightness like the mirror,and the surface was as gloss as the tri-acidification polishing,very smooth and no corrosion points.There was no yellow smoke in the polishing process,and the automatic production of smokeless chemical polishing could be fulfilled for 5052,5505,6063,6061 and other aluminum materials.
