摘要
为了寻找矿山锥齿轮的失效原因,通过一系列的检测,对矿山锥齿轮裂纹进行了失效分析,结果表明:其材料成分、显微组织、硬度均符合技术要求,但在裂纹源的部位,其过渡圆角半径小于设计的标准;同时对裂纹源处的材料进行能谱分析表明,该部位夹杂物包含铝、硅、钙、钛多种元素,这些元素聚集的部位容易萌生裂纹。为类似问题的解决提供了有益的经验和良好的借鉴。
The crack failure of the mine bevel gears was analyzed.Results showed that the material composition,microstructure and hardness met the technical requirements.However,the corner radius of the crack source was less than that required by the standard of the design.At the same time,the energy spectrum analysis of the material at the crack source illustrated that the inclusions site contained many elements such as Al,Si,Ca,Ti,and the accumulation sites of these elements were easy to crack.This work would provide useful experience and good reference for solving similar problems.
