摘要 为了研究钢板合金元素磷元素对其耐蚀性能的影响,通过盐雾试验、电化学分析等方法对比分析不同磷元素含量钢板的锈蚀性能,研究了磷元素含量对钢材锈蚀性能的影响。结果表明:磷元素含量更高的钢板在同一环境下更易腐蚀,磷元素含量过高是造成钢板锈蚀的原因之一。 In order to study the effect of steel alloy elements on its corrosion resistance,the corrosion performance of steel plates with different phosphors contents was compared by salt spray test and electrochemical analysis,and the effects of phosphorus on the corrosion resistance of steel materials were analyzed.Results showed that steel plates with higher phosphorus content were easier to be corroded in the same environment.Therefore,it could be concluded that excessive phosphorus content was one of the causes of corrosion of steel plates.
