摘要
为查明某公司两段式煤气发生炉正在使用的汽包封头金属材料穿孔泄漏的原因,对汽包内壁产生的穿孔减薄缺陷进行理化、金相、扫描电镜和能谱分析。结果显示:缺陷产生的主要原因是汽包结构设计不合理形成的喷射冲刷腐蚀,以及介质水离子未净化和未除氧处理导致的垢下点腐蚀,这种协同腐蚀的交互作用导致汽包形成穿孔减薄失效。
A series of detections such as physical and chemical property tests,metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscopy observation and energy spectrum analysis,were employed to investigate the reasons for perforation and thinning of the inner wall of the drum.Results showed that the main causes of defect formation were jet erosion-corrosion caused by improperly designed structure and under-fouling pitting corrosion caused by water which was not deionized and deoxygenated,and the interaction of this synergistic corrosion led to perforation and thinning failure.
