摘要
本文通过离心铸造法研究了球铁基表面复合碳化钨粒子的轧辊。试验结果表明,利用该法制造粒子型表面复合轧辊的工艺是可行的。与钢基轧辊相比,具有复合层加厚、粒子完整和粒子与基体结合牢固等优点。文中并对浇注温度、覆砂层厚度、离心机转速和合金化等工艺因素进行了试验和理论探讨。
This paper reports the study of the ductile iron roller recombined with tungsten carbide particles on the surface by using centrifugal casting.The experimental results show that this method is practical in making composite superficial particle rollers.Compared with cast steel rollers,this new type of rollers have some advantages-thick composite layer,interity of particles,firm cohesion between matrix and particles,etc.This paper also introduces the tests and theoretical exploration on the technological factors of the process:the pouring temperature,the layer thickness of covering sand, the revolving rate of the centrifugal machine and alloyage.
