摘要
针对覆盖件冲压成形中的翘曲缺陷,阐述了翘曲产生的原因,在有限元环境下,从调节金属流动的角度出发,基于广义成形理论,提出一种通过调整金属流动使得应变分布均匀或对称,从而消除翘曲缺陷的方法,并编写针对性的有限元分析软件模块SFT Shape Change,通过算例验证了该方法的有效性。
To eliminate warpage defect fast and accurately in stamp forming process of auto-body panels,the mechanism of warpage defect is explained and a method is proposed based on FEA. A universal formability theory called UFT was introduced to analyze the defect,and the strain distribution could be symmetrical or uniform by adjusting the metal flow. The method was realized in the 'Shape Change'module of independent research and development software 'Stamp Forming Troubleshooting( SFT) ',and the analysis results demonstrated that the method was feasibility and efficiency.
