摘要
为使高铝粉煤灰提氧化铝后产生的二次固废硅钙渣能够在水泥行业中被大量地消纳,以熟料中的f-Ca O含量为指标,对不同配比硅钙渣水泥熟料的易烧性进行了研究,并采用XRD和ESEM对其进行分析.结果表明:硅钙渣能显著增加熟料烧成时的液相量,促进矿物晶体生成与长大,改善生料的易烧性;但当硅钙渣掺入量高于40%时,由于铝率的升高,使生料的易烧性下降.
To make a massive of silicate?calcium slag which is generated in process of extracting aluminum from high aluminum fly ash enable to be treated and utilized in the cement industry, the raw meal burn?ability for different content of silicate?calcium slag was researched by f-CaO content of clinker as the index, and the experimental results were analyzed by XRD and ESEM. The results indicated that the burn?ability of raw meal was markedly improved, because silicate?calcium slag was able to increase yield of liquid phase in the clinker and improve generation and grown of crystals. But when the content of silicate?calcium was more than 40%, the burn?ability of raw meal gradually decreased.
