摘要
本文对比分析了传统法和微波辅助法合成的Mg(OH)2对所制备的纳米MgO晶粒尺寸和表面形貌的影响,以及纳米MgO不同制备方法对MgO/LDPE纳米复合材料空间电荷、体积电阻率及直流击穿场强的影响.结果表明,传统法制备的纳米MgO晶粒尺寸为22.74 nm,微波辅助法制备的纳米MgO的晶粒尺寸为12.76 nm,MgO质量分数为2%时有效降低了复合材料内部空间电荷的积聚,对复合材料的体积电阻和击穿场强均有提高.
This article compares the traditional method with the microwave?assisted method of nano?MgO preparation, and analyses the influence of Mg(OH)2 synthesized by the two methods on nano?MgO grain size and surface morphology, as well as the influence of different nano?MgO preparation methods on space charge, volume resistivity and DC breakdown field strength of the MgO/LDPE nanocomposites. The results show that the grain size of nano?MgO prepared by the traditional method is 22.74 nm, while that prepared by the microwave?assisted method is 12. 76 nm. When the MgO content is 2wt%, it can effectively reduce the space charge accumulation in the composite materials, and improve the volume resistivity and DC breakdown field strength.
