摘要
采用静电纺丝方法制备了疏水性聚苯乙烯(PS)纳米纤维膜。研究了添加0.5wt.%十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对PS纺丝溶液性能以及纳米纤维膜形貌结构的影响,内容涉及PS纳米纤维膜厚度对膜的平均孔径和孔径分布的影响分析,该膜的水接触角和孔隙率的测试等。最后,采用直接接触式膜蒸馏(DCMD)装置测试了不同厚度PS纳米纤维膜在蒸馏水和35g/L NaCl溶液中的水通量和截留率。研究结果表明了平均孔径约为0.19μm、厚度约为150μm、孔隙率约为84%、接触角约为114°的PS纳米纤维膜的水通量约为19.4kg/m^2h,截留率大于99.99%,适合应用于DCMD领域用于盐溶液和海水淡化。
Hydrophobic polystyrene(PS)nanofibrous membranes were prepared by electrospinning.How the 0.5 wt.%addition of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)affects the properties of the spinning solution and morphology of the PS nanofibrous membranes was studied.The whole work included water wettability and porosity measurements and influences analysis of membrane thickness on the average pore size and size distribution of the PS nanofibrous membranes.Water additionally,flux rate and rejection capacity of the membranes with different thicknesses were tested using distilled water and 35 g/L NaCl solution as feed solutions.Results indicate that the flux rate of PS nanofibrous membrane is 19.4 kg/m^2h when the average pore size,membrane thickness,porosity and water contact angle are 0.19μm,150μm,84%and 114°,respectively.This suggests that rejection rate of the membrane is larger than 99.99%which is suitable for desalination by the DCMD method.
