溶聚丁苯橡胶玻璃化转变温度的主要影响因素研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用活性阴离子聚合方法和分子结构设计技术制备出具有不同分子结构参数的溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)。研究了SSBR的结合苯乙烯含量、1,2-聚丁二烯含量、分子量、分子量分布(聚合物分散性指数PDI)以及嵌段结构等对SSBR生胶玻璃化转变温度的影响。结果表明,结合苯乙烯含量、1,2-聚丁二烯含量和嵌段结构是溶聚丁苯橡胶玻璃化转变温度的主要影响因素,对阻尼性能有着显著影响。 According to molecular structure design, a series of solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubbers(SSBR) with different molecular structures were prepared by living anionic polymerization. The effects of molecular structural factors on glass transition temperature of SSBR were focused. These factors which include the content of bounded styrene, the content of 1, 2-polybutadiene, number-average molecular weight, molecular weight distribution(polymer dispersion index PDI)and block structure. The results showed that the content of bounded styrene, the content of 1, 2-polybutadiene and block structure were main influencing factors of glass transition temperature of solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber and affected damping performance.
