摘要
应用透射与扫描电镜观察了SiO_2粉尘与肺泡巨噬细胞相互作用的剂量效应与时间效应关系。结果提示:SiO_2粉尘对巨噬细胞的损伤可能存在两种不同的过程,主要取决于SiO_2粉尘的剂量。
Dose-effect and time-effect of the interaction between silica and alveolarmacrophages were observed with TEM and SEM.The results showed thatthere may exist two different types of injury process for silica-inducedmacrophage damage,mainly depending on the exposed dose.
