摘要
本文选择代谢作用和亚细胞定位都不同的三类酶(GPT、GOT、LDH、γ-GT)为指标,观察它们在四氯化碳、三氧化二砷及黄磷亚急性肝损害动物血清和肝脏中的变化,发现如下特点:四氯化碳组血清和肝脏LDH、GPT、GOT和γ-GT均升高,黄磷组肝脏和血清LDH及γ-GT均升高,肝脏GPT、GOT都降低。三氧化砷组血清LDH升高而肝脏LDH下降,GPT、GOT、γ-GT均未见明显变化。上述三类酶学指标在三种不同毒物中毒性肝病中的不同变化,可为中毒性肝病发病机理和艋床鉴别诊断的研究提供线索。
Changes of the activities of serum and liver enzymes LDH GPT GOT andγ-GT,were studied in rats suffered from subacute liver injury induced byAs_2O_3,yellow P and CCl_4.In the CCl_4 group,all of the four enzymes in plasmaand liver were increased.In rats exposed to yellow phosphorus,plasma and liv-er LDH and γ-GT activities were increased,but GPT and GOT were de-creased.In arsenic trioxide poisoning group,LDH activity was elevated inplasma,but decreased in liver while GPT GOT and γ-GT activities showed noobviously changes both in plasma and liver.These different patterns inehzymological changes may serve as a helpful indicator for clinical differentialdiagnosis and a new approach for the study of the mechanism of toxichepatopathy.
