空气负离子对应激状态下大鼠肝线粒体功能和形态的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Negative Air Ions on the Function and Structure of the Liver Mitochondria of the Rats under Stress

摘要 应激后的大鼠暴露于空气负离子,可使其肝线粒体处于抑制活性的琥珀酸脱氢酶、细胞色素氧化酶恢复至正常水平,使低的耗氧量和依赖能量的钙泵功能得以恢复,但对应激抑制的NADH脱氢酶及正常水平的P/O无明显作用,用电镜照片做图象分析发现空气负离子能使应激后肿大的线粒体体密度、面密度恢复正常,但对正常水平的数密度无明显作用。上述作用都是在空气离子作用一段时间后才表现出来,空气负离子对正常动物上述指标均无明显作用。 Rats under stress when exposed to negative air ions (NAI) can revive thedepressed succinic dehydrogenase and cytochrome oxidase of their Livermitochondria to the normal level,and recover the decreased oxygen consump-tion and energy dependent Ca-pump.But NAI has no action on the activity oftheir depressed NADH dehydrogenase and normal P/O level.With the helpof electromicroscope,the membrance,cristac and matrix of the liver cells can beseen clearly.But it was found by quantitative analysis in morphometry the en-hanced volume and surface density of their mitochondria recovered to normalwhen they were exposed to NAI.NAI has no significant action.on the normalnumber density.All the effects of NAI described above were observable onlywhen the rats had been exposed to NAI for a certain period of time.NAI hadno obvious effects on normal rats in respect to the above criteria.
