摘要
分析了焦炭灰分的组成及灰分中矿物质对焦炭热性质的影响方式。介绍了安钢通过在焦炭中添加对焦炭溶损反应起负催化作用的矿物质的实验室实验和工业试验,结果表明,添加该种类型矿物质可以改善焦炭的热反应性和反应后强度。
The thermal properties of coke is a main indicator which determines its behavior in the blast and the coke ash composition is an important factor that impact coke′s thermal properties.The coke ash composition impacts the ther-mal properties of coke by damaging its microstructure,and thus affecting its thermal reaction rate.The mineral particles damage the graphitizing laminated structure of the coke,form cracks center in the coke,consequently,reduce its strength.The mineral substance also acts as a catalyst for the solution loss reaction of the coke.ANGANG proved that by adding minerals to the coke can reduce coke′s thermal reaction property and increase coke′s strength after reaction.
