Construction of Molecular Linkage Map of Cultivated Allotetraploid Cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.×G. barbadense L. )with SSR and RAPD Markers

A permanent doubled haploid population fromthe crossing of G.hirsutum × G.barbadensewere developed by means of Vsg,virescentlymarked semigamy line in sea island cotton,which was characterized by a cytologicalmechanism for developing haploids with certainconvenience,and thus constructed
