噪声对豚鼠听器的损伤及丹参保护作用 被引量:2

Effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge on Noise Induced Acoustic Trauma

摘要 本文将豚鼠暴露噪声(120dB×2h)后,研究复方丹参对急性噪声性听器损伤的治疗作用。在声暴露后2、10和20天,经测试ABR听反应,以10和20天组间差异非常明显(P<0.01)。通过扫描电镜和透射电镜观察,发现治疗组血管纹和毛细胞的损伤明显减轻,提示如果早期给药,复方丹参对急性噪声性听损伤有一定保护作用。 Guinea pigs were exposed to high noise (120 dBx2h),and S.MiltiorrhizaBge was used to treat the induced acute acoustic trauma.Result of the treat-ment showed that the threshold of auditory brainstem evoked respond (ABR)differs significantly between the 10 and 20 day groups (P<0.01),when theseorgans of Corti were examined ultrastructurely by scanning and transmissionelectron microscopy,damage to the outer hair cell and stria vessels was reducedin treated animals.From this result,we believe that S.miltiorrhiza Bge mightexert a beneficial influence on the cochlear vasculation and sensory cell if givenin early posttraumutic phase.
