摘要 以某电筒厂铬电镀工人86名为对象,通过询问、体格检查、鼻咽部检查、嗅觉测定、皮肤检查、肺功能测定及空气铬酸浓度测定,结果发现在空气几何平均浓度0.011~0.032CrO_3mg/m^3之间,21%的接触者出现鼻粘膜的糜烂,但未见到鼻粘膜溃疡的反应,肺功能测定值接触组与对照组相比,差别无显著性,皮肤检查未发现铬溃疡与接触性皮炎的增多,主观症状主要为口鼻刺激症状、皮肤刺激症状及神经衰弱症状。 Based on the investigation of 86 chromeplating workers in a certain torchfactory,the study made advantage of questionaire,physical examination,rhinolaryngological examination,smell detection,skin examination andmeasure of CrO_3 concentration in the air.The geometric mean concentrationof CrO_3 in the air are ranging from 0.011 to 0.032 mg/m^3.21 % of the ex-posed workers suffered from erosion of nasal mucosa,but no reaction ofulceration.There were no significant difference of measuring values of lungfunction between the exposed and control groups.No increase of chromeulceration and eontact dermatitis was found by way of skin examination.Subjective symptoms were mainly of nasal,skin and neurasthenic types.
