内啮合齿轮传动分析及其参数化三维模型的建立

摘要 内齿轮在工业中应用十分广泛,对内啮合齿轮传动的特点进行了分析。鉴于目前应用的大部分三维软件生成齿轮的三维模型都较困难,具体研究了在CAXA实体设计中建立内齿轮的三维造型方法,并给出了在CAXA实体设计和Pro之间实现文件互读、数据共享的方法,使齿轮参数化三维模型的建立更为直接和容易,实现其CAD的协同设计。 It is very extensive that the interior gear wheel is used in industry.We have analysed the characteristic of the meshing gear wheel transmission in this text.Seeing that building the three-dimensional models in most three-dimensional software used at present turn into the gear wheel are all relatively difficult.Method of the three-dimensional model of the gear wheel in concrete research is set up in CAXA entity′s design.Provide between CAXA entity′s design and Pro/E realizing file reading and datum share each other,make the setting-up of the parameter three-dimensional model of the gear wheel more direct and easier,the ones that realized its CAD are in coordination with the design.
