摘要
介绍了宁夏某矿工作面顺槽可伸缩带式输送机的技术参数的确定,驱动方式的选择,关键技术(可靠的可控软启动技术与功率平衡技术、快速自移机尾技术、高效储带技术和自动张紧技术),以及结构特征,该输送机在运距、带速、输送能力、装机功率等主要参数均有较大的突破,为我国长距离、大运量、大功率工作面顺槽可伸缩带式输送机的发展提供一个新的范例。
In the paper,we introduce the decision of technology parameter,the choice of the driving pattern,the core technology(such as reliable and controllable switch-on technology,power-balance technology,high-speed automatic moving the end of conveyor,high efficient preserving belt technology and automatic tensioning technology),and structure character of the telescopic belt conveyor,which have used in gateway of mining face in the one of the Ningxia mine.The telescopic belt conveyor have the essence develop in the mine parameter such as distance,belt speed,capacity and power.It provide a new example for the developing of the long distance,large capacity,high power telescopic belt conveyor in gateway of mining face.
