保德煤矿自动化排水系统的设计及应用 被引量:10

摘要 针对保德煤矿排水系统现用的继电器控制方式存在效率低、人工劳动强度大、误操作频繁等问题,介绍了保德煤矿自动化排水系统的设计方案。该系统采用分层结构设计,应用PLC控制技术、工业以太网技术以及计算机控制技术,通过WINCC和PLC组态软件设计系统的分站和主站软件,实现了保德煤矿井下各大水仓的恒水位自动排水,同时达到排水系统运行情况的在线监测,大大提高了保德煤矿排水系统的可靠性和安全性。实际运行结果表明,该自动化排水系统性能稳定可靠,控制精度较高,满足保德煤矿的排水要求。 Aiming at the problems in Baode coal mine drainage system,such as low efficiency of relay control way,high labor intensity,frequent operation error,etc.,this paper introduces the design of automatic drainage system of Baode coal mine,the system applies the hierarchical structure,PLC control technology,industrial Ethernet and the computer control technology,using WINCC and PLC configuration software to design system of substation and master station software,which realizes coal mine water warehouse automatic drainage in constant water level,and achies online monitoring of the drainage system operation,greatly improving the reliability and safety of Baode coal mine drainage system.The practical results show that the automatic drainage system has stable and reliable performance,high control precision,meeting the drainage demand of Baode coal mine.
