摘要 基于补连塔煤矿12520工作面过冲刷带区域的经验和12521工作面现场背景,采用快速缩面回采技术,即缩短工作面长度,避让冲刷体影响区域,拆除部分液压支架和溜槽,保证了另一半工作面正常推进,提高了煤层资源回收率,改善了煤质,大采高工作面缩面贯通技术可为以后可能出现的刀把工作面提供技术参考。 As the mining seam is influenced by erosion zones,contracted face and Wongawilli mining method were adopted to processing tectonic regions.Based on the experiences of 12520 working face crossing erosion zones and the field backgrounds of 12521 working face,rapid working face shortening mining is to shorten the length of working face,to avoid erosion areas.Meanwhile,some parts of the hydraulic supports and chutes are dismantled,ensuring the normal advancement in the other half of the working face,to improve the recovery rate of coal resources and coal quality in mining process.It' s the first time that working face shortening operation applied in large cutting height workface,which can provide technical references for knife working face occurred possibly in the future.
