摘要 结合榆家梁煤矿43308综采工作面实际情况,对沿空留巷进行了设计与研究,沿空留巷设计主要从巷道断面及支护设计、巷道混凝土支护厚度设计和留巷滞后支护及泵注混凝土设计几个方面着手,通过创新煤矿传统的沿空留巷方法,得出柔模泵注混凝土沿空留巷的设计宽度达到5m,且通过测算留巷速度能够达到10m/d,有效保障榆家梁煤矿的正常生产接续情况,此巷道将作为43309综采工作面的回风巷使用,在大大提高资源回采率的同时又能够减少掘进量,进一步降低生产成本。 Combining with the actual situation of 43308 fully mechanized working face in Yujialiang coal mine,the gob side entry retaining scheme is designed and studied,from the design of roadway section,support scheme,concrete support thickness of roadway,lagging support in retained roadway and concrete pumping.Through the innovation of traditional gob side entry retaining,the design width of gob side entry retaining reaches 5m using flexible formwork concrete pumping,and according to measurement the entry retaining speed reaches 10 m / d,which effectively guarantees the smooth successive production of Yujialiang coal mine.The retained entry will be used as air return way of 43309 working face,which greatly improves the resource recovery,and reduces the excavation amount production costs.
