摘要
综采工作面支架工作阻力的合理确定,对于开采厚及特厚煤层工作面的安全生产来说至关重要。传统的综放工作面支架阻力确定的方法主要是依据理论估算法和实测统计法。论文以补连塔煤矿为工程背景,以实测支架载荷统计和垮落带上覆岩层不能形成稳定结构两种方法来估算综采工作面支架阻力,两种方法分别估算的支架阻力为10779~11855k N、11403k N,根据矿压观测结果,1-2煤四盘区的支架额定工作阻力应该达到10779~11855k N,最终选定支架阻力为12000k N的支架。
Reasonable determination of working resistance of support in fully mechanized working face is very important for safe production in thick and extra thick coal seam.As the traditional determining method of support resistance is mainly based on theoretical calculation method and experimental statistical method in fully mechanized top coal caving face,this paper takes Bulianta coal mine as engineering background and uses two different methods to estimate the support resistance,which base on support load test statistics and unstable structure of caving zone overlying strata.Estimation value of two methods is 10779 ~ 11855 k N and 11403 k N respectively.According to the mine pressure observation results,rated working resistance of the support should reach 10779 ~ 11855 k N in No.4 panel of 1-2coal seam.The selected support resistance is 12000 k N.
