摘要
当前煤矿井下防爆电气的防爆壳体主要是以矩形设计为主,针对矩形防爆壳体在耐爆的强度、刚度及稳定度等方面的不足,通过对弧形壳体的理论应力进行了分析、研究,依据压力容器结构的设计开发理论设计出了弧形防爆壳体。结果表明弧面防爆壳体在受力优势、材料消耗、空间利用率、加工难度等方面较矩形防爆壳体均有明显优势,随着科学技术的发展弧面防爆壳体可以在现实生产中得以推广。
As the current explosion-proof shell of explosion-proof electric apparatus in coal mine mainly applies rectangular design,which has deficiency in explosion resistance strength,stiffness and stability,theoretical stress of the cambered shell is analyzed,and a new cambered explosion-proof shell is designed,based on the design theory of pressure vessel structure.Application results show that,the cambered shell has obvious advantage in mechanical strength,material consumption,space utilization rate,processing difficulty,comparing with the rectangular explosion-proof shell.With the development of science and technology,the application of cambered explosion-proof shell shall be promoted in coal mine production.
