补连塔煤矿不安全行为管控分析

Management and control of unsafe behavior in Bulianta coal mine

介绍了补连塔煤矿的概况,综合分析了神华集团公司历年来发生的事故,发现90%以上事故都与"三违"有关,指出分析不安全行为,有效的控制"三违"是搞好安全生产的基础;并结合补连塔煤矿的生产实际指出:在生产实践过程中,应按照责任单位、班次、原因、工龄对不安全行为总结分析,对重点区队、重点人员、重点不安全行为人员全面管控,多措并举,推动风险预控管理体系落地。通过对补连塔煤矿的不安全行为进行管控,该矿2015年1—12月份,未发生轻伤以上人身伤害和三级非人身责任事故,2015年补连塔煤矿实现了安全生产15周年。

The paper introduced the general situation of Bulianta coal mine,analyzed the accidents in Shenhua Shendong Coal Group in recent years,showing that,90% of accidents in coal mine were caused by 'three-violation'unsafe behavior.It was proved by practice that analyzing and controlling'three-violation'unsafe behavior was the foundation of the safety production.Combining with the production practice in Bulianta coal mine,the paper pointed out,the analysis of unsafe behavior was based on the responsibility of the department,the reason of the unsafe behavior and the length of miners' service,which was used for controlling the main unsafe behavior and miners of unsafe behavior.There is no personal injury from January to December in Bulianta coal mine,which realized safety production since the year of 2000,the longest safety cycle in Shenhua Shendong Coal Group.
