摘要
针对持续下滑的煤炭行情,为了进一步降低经营成本并提高生产效率,大柳塔矿基于精益化管理思想,通过设备综合利用率(OEE)指标和价值流分析,找到了影响全矿OEE提升的主要因素为满仓和采煤机故障率高,其中个人操作水平不高、检修质量差是故障率高的主要影响因素。进而优化生产组织,采取推广标准作业流程、专项整治等措施来提高员工技能,建立了"数据指导生产"的精益化生产管理模式。实践表明,2013年全矿平均故障率同比下降0.15%,综连采及主运OEE分别提升了3.5%、0.5%和5.5%,单产单进水平分别提高了1.25%、0.47%,利润同比增加6.3个亿,有效应对了低迷的市场环境。
In view of the falling coal prices,to further reduce operating costs and improve production efficiency,the lean management thoughts and equipment efficiency(OEE) index are introduced to Daliuta coal mine.Through the analysis of OEE and value stream,the main affecting factors of the OEE ascension is determined,including full-storage and coal cutter fault,in which the individual operation level and maintenance quality are the main reason for the high failure rate.Then the production organization is optimized,taking measures to promote standard process and improve employees' skills,establishes a lean management mode using data to guide the production.In 2013,the average failure rate fell by 0.15%,the OEE of fully mechanized and continuous mining and main transport increased by 3.5%,0.5% and 5.5% respectively,the profit increased 630 million on year-on-year basis,which responded to the downturn market environment.
