摘要
本文在设计了水链形成及消散时间的测量装置的基础上,通过对脉冲电破乳过程的分析,确定了选择适当脉冲电场条件的主要依据为乳液的相体积比φ(V_w/V_o)。实验结果表明,对于具有较高含水量的W/O型乳状液,采用高压、低频、窄脉冲电场破乳效果最佳。这对于脉冲电场破乳的实际应用具有较重要的意义。
Designing the measure system for water chain formation and break-up time and analying the emulsion breaking process by pulse electric field,the writer conclude that the main parameter to choose suitbale conditions of pulse electric field is phase volume, ratio (Vw/V0) of emulsion. The data of experiment indicate that high voltage. Low frequency and narrow pulse electric field are optimal for emulsion breaking. This conclusion is important to application of emulsion breaking by pulse electric field.
