耐火材料工人接尘剂量—反应关系的研究 被引量:4

Study on the Correlation Between Dust Exposure and Incidences of Silicosis in a Refractory Plant

摘要 本文在于了解含矽量在20—50%耐火材料行业工人接触矽尘的剂量—反应关系,用历史前瞻性调查方法对1170名于53—76年进厂的工人作了观察和分析,包括每年或隔年一次的系统X光胸片及从63年起的每月一次扬尘点的测尘。剂量一反应关系用寿命表法进行分析。结果示三种砖种工人的矽肺剂量累积发病概率是有显著差别的,这就提示了不同砖种的容许浓度及相应的预防对策应有所区别。 A historical perspective cohort of 1170 workers employed during1953-1976 in a refractorg pfant was established and followed up.All of the workers have received a routime physical check up in-cluding Roentgenographic chest film every or every other year.The concentration of dust in the air at work place was meas-ured every month since 1963.The exposure-response relationshipwas analyzed with method of life table.The results showed that their cumulated incidence versus various exposure levels were significantly different(p< <0.01)among three kinds of fire bricks,claysilica and aluminous brick.These results suggested that different safety concentration standards shond be adopted for different brickproduction and the same is true for protection measures.
