摘要
本文报道了钨矿生产环境中存在的粉尘、放射污染,某些微量元素及多核芳烃等常见职业危害因子对矽肺发病的影响。结果表明:矽肺发病主要与粉尘及其游离二氧化硅含量有关。积尘中铝,钙元素低的钨矿,矽肺发病率高;高氢矿(>0.3WL)与低矿的矽肺发病无统计学差异;当多核芳烃浓度低于阀限值时,未见其对矽肺发生影响。
Several environmental hagards,such as dust,nadon,polynuclear aromatichydrocastons(PNAs)and metallic particles present during tungsten produc-tion were determined at various persiods and their respective effect on the inci-dence of silicosis studied.Results indicated that the incidence of silicosis wasmainly associated with the amount of dust and free silica present in theatomospheric environment with an increasing incidence caused by tungstenone of low calcium or aluminum contant.No statistically significant differencewas found between high (>0.3WL) and low radon daughters present in theunderground tungsten mine.PNAs under threshold concentration(100μg/M^3) caused no effect on silicosis incidence.
