克鼠星系列灭鼠剂饵料的筛选

在对啮齿动物营养需求平衡分析的基础上 ,测定了其对各种饵料的适口性。结果表明 ,鼠类喜食低蛋白、高碳水化合物、中等脂肪含量的谷物和高蛋白、低碳水化合物、高脂肪含量的油料作物籽粒 ;而不喜食高蛋白、高碳水化合物、低脂肪含量的豆类。采用 2～ 3种不同的谷物配成混合饵料 ,可以提高适口性 ,增加啮齿动物的的摄食量。在此基础上筛选出了以玉米为主要成分的鼠类饵料配方 ,摄食率比单一成分的饵料提高 0 .2 5～ 3.0 1倍。同时 ,根据鼠类握食习性 ,确定配方饵料加工形状为拟圆柱形 ,鼢鼠类对规格为 5 mm× (2～ 4 ) m m的圆柱型玉米配方加工饵料的日食量比玉米粒提高 38%。

Rodent nutrition demand balanced analysis shows that,the rodent like to eat cereal of low albumen,high carbohydrate and medium fat,and high protein,low carbohydrate and high fat seed of oil plants,but dont like the beans of high protein and high carbohydrate low fatty.It can increase appetite of rodent adopting mixed bait of 2-3 different cereal.On this foundation,the rodent prescription bait with mainly corn as the main matter was selected.Its fetching rate raises 0.25-3.01 times than the bait of unitary composition.At the same time,according to the forage holding habits of rodent,the processing shape of prescription bait is cylindrical.It is 5 mm×(2-4)mm cylinder type bait,increasing the fetching quantity per day of zoker 38% higher than single corn.
