鸡传染性支气管炎疫苗对雏鸡的多重免疫研究 被引量:1

Multi-vaccinated study of chickens inoculated with avian infectious bronchitis vaccines

摘要 将 2 0 0只 1日龄健康雏鸡随机分为 6组 ,第 1~ 5组分别用 H1 2 0 、H52 和 IB二价油佐剂灭活苗进行单独或多重组合的免疫接种 ,于接种后每隔 7d测 1次 HI抗体 ,并于第 73天用肾型 IBV强毒攻击 ,观察各组的保护率 ,第 6组不免疫作为对照。结果显示 ,H1 2 0 弱毒苗单独免疫组、H1 2 0 +IB二价油佐剂灭活苗组、H1 2 0 +H52 弱毒苗组、IB二价油苗 1次免疫组和 IB二价油苗 2次免疫组的保护率分别为 5 7.1% ,85 .8% ,6 7% ,83.3%和 80 % ,非免疫对照组保护率为 5 0 %。试验结果表明 ,H1 2 0 与 H52 弱毒苗对肾型 IBV的保护力弱 ,H1 2 0 +IB二价油佐剂灭活疫苗与 IB二价油佐剂灭活苗 1次和 2次免疫均可获得对肾型 IBV较高的保护率 ,且 H1 2 0 与 one day old chicks were divided into 6 groups.Group 1-5 were inoculated lonely or multiplely with Avian Infectious Bronchitis(IB) vaccines which including attenuated Virus of H 120 and H 52 strain as well as bivalent oil emulsion inactivated Vaccine(OEV).Group 6 was not inoculated as control test.Anti IBV antibody titers of the 6 groups of chickens were tested by hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test once a week after inoculation.Chickens were challenged with virulent IBV at the 73th day after inoculation.The protective rates of the 6 groups were observed.The results showed that the protective rates of H 120 lonely inoculated group,H 120 +IB OEV group,H 120 +H 52 group,IB OEV inoculated one time and two times group as well as control group were 57.1%,85.8%,67%,83.3%,80% and 50%,respectively.The protective rate of H 120 and H 52 strain was lower than IB OEV.Although chickens inoculated with H 120 +IB OEV,IB OEV one time and two times all got higher protective rate,chickens inoculated with H 120 strain and IB OEV simultaneously could get longer protective period than the other two groups.
