烤烟腺毛密度的遗传变异及配合力效应分析 被引量:9

摘要 研究结果表明 :烤烟腺毛密度在亲本间和杂交组合F2 代个体间存在着较大的遗传变异 ,F2 代不同个体腺毛密度的次数分布经卡方测验符合正态分布曲线 ,说明腺毛密度具有数量性状的遗传特征 ,其广义遗传率和狭义遗传率分别为 83 3%和 2 6 6 %.不同亲本腺毛密度的一般配合力方差和不同组合的特殊配合力方差均达到了 1%极显著水平 ;中烟 90和 8136的一般配合力效应较大 ,潘园黄×中烟 90、潘园黄×RG17、8136×红大和红大×RG17的特殊配合力效应较大 . Genetic variation and combining ability of glandular trichome density of flue-cured tobacco were studied with a set of diallel cross. The results indicated that there existed significant variation for the density of glandular trichome among different parents and different individuals of F 2 generation. It was proved by Chi-square test that the number of observation of F 2 individuals for the density of glandular trichome could fit the normal distribution, indicating the genetic charactistics of the density of glandular trichome as a quantitative trait. The heritability in the broad sense and that in the narrow sense were 83.3% and 26.6%, respectively. Both the variance of GCA for parents and that of SCA for F 1 hybrids reached 1% significant level. The parents with greater GCA effects were Zhongyan 90 and 8136; the F 1 crosses with greater SCA effects were Panyuanhuang×Zhongyan 90, Panyuanhuang×RG17, 8136×Hongda, and Hongda×RG17.
