随着信息和通信技术的发展 ,企业之间通过动态联盟合作开发制造产品已在全球范围内广泛应用。作为动态联盟的基本工作单元 ,工作团队的建设日益受到人们的重视。本文介绍了在动态联盟环境下 ,工作团队的组成方式和运行需要的网络基础以及集成支持系统。
With the development of information and communication technology, virtual organization for enterprises to cooperate on exploiting and manufacturing products has been widely used all over the world. As the basic unit, the work teams and their construction are payed more attention to. The method of institution, necessary net base and integrated support system for work teams running in the surrounding of virtual enterprises are introduced.
