摘要
教育机会均等是教育起点公平的重要内容,但起点公平不等于教育过程、结果的公平。对教育、教学过程中少数民族学生文化背景差异的忽略,会导致他们在教育资源占有、学业成绩提高,公正评价获得等方面的弱势地位。本文从课程改进入手,结合文化认同,通过对内蒙古民族大学的课程设计、教学改革等方面的分析,对影响少数民族学生学业成绩、自我认同、价值观念的诸多因素进行研究,提出高校教育环境中不利于少数民族学生教育公平的因素,并就如何实施多元化措施,消除教育教学中的文化偏见,促进民族教育的公平发展提出自己的建议。
Equal opportunity of education is the important content of the fair education starting point,but the fair starting point is not equal to the fair education process and result.In the process of education and teaching if we cannot fully account for special cultural background difference of minority students,frequently leads the minority students to the disadvantaged in sharing educational resources,improving academic performance,fair evaluation and so on.This article start with the curriculum improvement proceed,combine cultural identity,search corresponding countermeasure,through analysis the curriculum design,teaching reform of Inner Mongolia University for the Nationalities,explore the influence of minority students' academic achievement,self identity,formation reason of values,reveal the facts that do not conducive to the students of ethnic minority education fairness in higher educational environment and put forward own proposal on how implement diversified measures in the process of education,eliminate the teaching of cultural prejudice,promote fair development of national education.
