The intangible cultural heritage,as an important part of national culture and a symbol of national spirit in Hunan,are facing the danger from illegal use,destruction,alienation,extinction.National Universities play an important role in the protection of intangible cultural heritage.By their teaching,research and personnel,local governments can make plans and protection measures,as well as achieve intangible cultural heritage protection and sustainable development.
