浅谈内地高校新疆籍少数民族学生的适应性问题

内地高校新疆籍少数民族学生教育、管理工作是相关高校思想政治教育工作的重要组织部分,是培养多民族国家社会主义建设者和接班人的需要。新疆籍少数民族学生进入内地高校以后,在生活习俗、学习活动、人际交往和个人发展等方面均可能产生不适应,因此,相关高校应从加强民族团结教育、弘扬民族文化、开展学习帮扶和加大心理健康教育等方面入手,服务他们的全面成长和健康成才。

The education and management of the minority students from Xinjiang in mainland universities is an important component of the ideological and political education work in related universities and the need that training multi-ethnic country socialist builder and successor.After Xinjiang minority students enter the mainland college,they may not adjust the life custom,learning activities,interpersonal and personal development,so related universities should strengthen national unity education,propagate national culture,launch supporting study and increase the mental health education to service their comprehensive growth and health success.
