湖南少数民族传统技能型人才研究——以凤凰县为例

On Traditional Skilful Talents of Minority Nationalities in Hunan Province——Taking Fenghuang County as an Example

通过对湖南少数民族地区传统技能型人才的构成、分布、专业、传承、收入、生活状况等情况的调查,研究分析少数民族传统技能型人才面临的问题和困难,分析当前制约湖南少数民族传统技能型人才发展的主要因素,提出解决湖南少数民族传统技能型人才发展难题的对策建议,推动湖南少数民族传统技能型人才的保护、延续和发展。

This study pays attention to analyse how to protect and promote traditional skilful talents of minority nationalities development in Hunan province.By investigating the scale,distribution,specialty,teaching,learning,income and state of life of traditional skilful talents of minority nationalities in Hunan province,the author tries to study what problem they face and analyse what is restricting their development.The author suggests how to resolve their problem to make them development.
