膝前十字韧带腱鞘囊肿和滑膜囊肿的诊治 被引量：6

摘要 膝前十字韧带(anterior cruciate liga-ment,ACL)滑膜囊肿和腱鞘囊肿临床上罕见,因无特异性的临床症状和体征,易被误诊或漏诊.近年来,随着MR检查和关节镜技术的进步,对ACL滑膜囊肿和腱鞘囊肿的诊断认识不断提高.我院在1994年1月～1999年11月期间,关节镜下诊断和治疗ACL滑膜囊肿和腱鞘囊肿4例,结合有关文献,介绍诊治体会.
