摘要
目的 尝试以超声探测深静脉血管管径变化反映PD病人的肌僵直程度 ,评价PVP手术对肌僵直症的治疗效果。方法 采用微电极导向的PVP毁损术治疗 12例PD病人 ,以血管超声记录其手术前后的肢体静脉血管直径及血流速度。结果 手术后上肢肱静脉、桡静脉、尺静脉 ,下肢静脉、胫前静脉及胫后静脉管径均有明显增粗 ,与手术前对比差异有显著性 (P ,0 .0 0~ 0 .0 4 )。手术前后上述静脉血流速度差异无显著性。结论 肢体深静脉 (上肢肱静脉、桡静脉、尺静脉、下肢静脉、胫前静脉及胫后静脉 )超声得到的静脉管径数据 ,可以客观、量化地反映PD病人PVP手术后的肌僵直改善程度。
Objective The data obtained from vein ultrasound were used for pre and post operation assessments to evaluate the improvement of rigidity in PD.Methods Twelve patients with PD were underwent microelectrode guided PVP.All patients were monitored with vein ultrasound before and after operation.Both vein diameters and blood velocities of their limbs were recorded and analyzed.Results The changes of mean vein diameters (including V.radialis,V.ulnaris,V.brachialis,V.poplitea,V.tibialis anterior and V.tibialis posterior) obtained from distal limbs of patients were statistically significant before and after operation(P,0.00~0.04).Conclusions The vein diameters (V.radialis ,V.ulnaris,V.brachialis of upper extremity and /or V.poplitea,V.tibialis anterior,V.tibialis posterior of lower extremity) can be adopted as objective and quantitative assessments for amelioration of parkinsonian rigidity.Parkinsonian rigidity showed great improvement after PVP.
